 XIAMEN HIDINS TECHNOLOGY CO.,LTD. is a new & high-tech comprehensive enterprise specializing in developing, designing and manufacturing of ceramic housing for power semiconductor devices. With a construction area of over 7,400 square meters, our factory is located round the east coast of Xiamen.
Targeting at producing highest quality and cost effective ceramic housing products in China and providing best service to higher-end customers in the world, the company was established by the founders with a global vision even at the initial stage of construction. At present we have an excellent staff of 28 technicians and engineers, and have introduced advanced manufacturing facilities and quality inspection equipments from home and abroad .
Technology and equipments: Hidins is the first in China that introduced cold precision orbital forming technology in making the metal parts of ceramic housing, which changes fundamentally the traditional metal soldering method and guarantee 100% no leakage between the copper lid and flange and enhance the reliability of the products for long working hours. Hidins is the first in China that adopts environment-friendly automatic Sulfamate Nickel Plating line in making ceramic housing and molybdenum plating. Compared with Watt Nickel Plating, the nickel layer spreads more evenly with lower stress and better ductility. CNC equipments are widely used in product production in Hidins which greatly improves product reliability and maintain consistent product quality, optimizing dimensional accuracy of the product such as roughness and flatness of the metal parts.
